May's virtual assistants are professionals and will always keep you up to date on the tasks they do. You'll have a Slack channel with your assistant and you can reach out to them whenever. Even with our smallest package we include a 48-hour Slack answer guarantee. We also have a weekly rotation that has worked really well. You will provide weekly tasks by 12pm on Monday and assistants will be ready with your weekly tasks latest by Friday. You can also set different deadline dates that you can communicate with your assistant and they'll be ready to provide task by that deadline.

How do I know what tasks I can give to a digital assistant?
